Corn:
USDA lowered corn carryout by 200M bushels, sparking a rally.
Exports adjusted up 150M bushels despite global challenges (e.g., Ukraine, Argentina).
Rally likely to continue until April, with historical seasonal strength into spring.
Soybeans:
No major changes in USDA estimates; market remains stable.
March contract broke $10, with further strength potentially targeting $10.20.
Wheat:
Kansas City wheat approaching breakout levels; technical resistance near $5.65.
Down 20M bushels in carryout, led by strength in hard red wheat varieties.
Cattle:
February cattle climbing as wave three of a rally develops; potential targets of $195-$200.
Feeder cattle face resistance near $260 but poised for a breakout to $270+.
Hogs:
Hogs broke down today, closing below key trendlines.
Consolidation expected until the December 23 hog report.
