Today’s USDA COF report is friendly to pre-report estimates, with placements nearly 5% below average guesses; on-feed numbers are slightly lower than the trade was looking for, and marketing is slightly better.

Anticipate a higher start on Monday based on the USDA data, unless we can invent another new Black Swan Story.
