Supreme Court ruling on Trump tariffs could cause short term volatility
Even if struck down new tariffs likely follow after a delay
Markets appear cautious but not panicked

Corn
Average yield guess near 184 versus 186 last month
Seed corn plot data suggests downside risk
Illinois and parts of Iowa could pull yield toward 183 or lower
Carryout could slip toward or below 1.9 billion if usage holds
Trend remains higher highs and higher lows

Soybeans
USDA held yield at 53 while trade leans 52.7 or lower
If revised back toward fall estimates carryout could drop near 290 million
Prices holding the 200 day moving average despite minor pullback

Wheat
New crop acreage expected down roughly 600,000 to 700,000 acres
Dry conditions no snow cover and incoming cold raise winterkill risk
KC wheat failed to hold second day above the 200 day average

World Production
Global corn and soybean production slightly higher month over month
Argentina corn up modestly bean yield little changed
Southern Argentina remains dry with rain hopes next week
World ending stocks marginally higher driven by Argentine wheat

Cattle
Live cattle rebounded on stronger bids and boxed beef up 2.40
Mexico Brazil beef trade pressured futures earlier
Possible near term highs forming with head and shoulders structure
Feeder cattle historically peak early January ahead of inventory report

Crude Oil
Classic bounce after two day selloff
Resistance expected near 59.50 to 60.50
ABC bounce likely before another selling wave later January
