No News Is Bad News

Presented by Heartland Investor Capital Management Inc. CTA

Soybeans:
Recent rally of $1.25 since early October may have peaked short term. Support seen at 1112½ with possible pullback toward 1090–1100. Long-term target still $11.91–$12 if wave pattern holds.

Corn:
Harvest estimated 85% complete. Selling pressure likely fades post-Friday. Market consolidating with potential ABC correction toward 423–424 before resuming trend.

Wheat:
Chicago leads gains amid China demand rumors. Expect short-term high near 560–563 followed by pullback forming head-and-shoulders base before a possible winter rally into spring.

Cattle:
Live and feeder cattle posted outside-day reversals lower. Technicals signal potential steep decline. Live cattle could drop toward 210; feeders possibly 295–300 amid fund liquidation.

Macro Recap:
Grains appear to be topping short term after the China trade surge, with soybeans and wheat showing wave exhaustion signals. Corn stabilizes as harvest wraps up. Livestock turns sharply negative, led by technical breakdowns and speculative fund exits, signaling caution ahead.
